The Bichon Frise Lovers' Club (BFLC) was born out of my individual love for the breed and my desire
to find other owners & lovers of this extraodinary and affectionate breed. We started as an online forum on Yahoo! Groups
for the purpose of Bichon-related information exchange. Ever since recruitment drive started in August 2002,
we've steadily increase our circle of Bichon Frise Lovers and I have fulfilled my wish of making the acquaintances of other
Bichon Frise owners.
Since then, we have been organizing gatherings for our members which often involves fun & excitement.

The primary objectives of BFLC are:
v To promote
the responsible ownership of Bichons Frises in Singapore ~ through educating owners & would-be owners on the responsibilities
of owning a Bichon Frise and the proper management (including training & care) of their Bichons Frises
v To promote the complete socialization of each & every Bichon Frise in Singapore ~ through regular fun-filled activities
like Picnics @ The Park, Bichon Birthday Bashes, Garden Romps etc
